Rose Kinyua is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya in good standing. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree(LL.B) (Hons) from the University of Nairobi, a Post Graduate Diploma in Advocacy from the Kenya School of Law and is currently undertaking Certified Public Accountant(CPA) certification.
Ms Kinyua is an Associate in our Conveyancing, Corporate and Advisory Department. She handles sale and acquisition of land transactions, negotiation of commercial, residential and mixed-use leases and conducting of due diligence for properties under transaction among other assignments.
Ms. Kinyua also handles the incorporation and structuring of companies, statutory compliances, contract advisory and drafting, general legal business support, intellectual property advisory and registration, mergers and acquisitions, construction related issues and advisory in tax matters.
Ms Kinyua was admitted to the Bar in 2020. She did her pupillage at the firm Munyao-Kayugira & Co., and was later retained as an Associate given her work ethic and operational excellence. She previously worked at Sichangi Partners Advocates and brings with her a wealth of experience and exposure necessary for the role that she plays at the firm.

Bryan Katana is currently holding over at the firm having undertaken his pupillage programme at Kamau Kuria & Company Advocates. In this firm, he received training in all aspects of litigation, conveyancing, legal research and drafting.
Mr Katana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from the University of Nairobi and recently completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Advocacy at the Kenya School of Law. He is currently awaiting his admission to the bar.
Mr Katana’s legal interests include litigation, conveyancing, legal research and commercial law.
Ashlyne Alwanga Kioge is an emerging advocate awaiting admission to the bar having completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Advocacy at the Kenya School of Law. She is a graduate of Kenyatta University School of Law.
Ms Kioge undertook her pupillage at Munyao-Kayugira and Co., and has previously worked in the Commission on Administrative Justice (Office of the Ombudsman) resolving cases through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in which she has deep interest. Ms Kioge is also adept in legal cases pertaining to Employment, Succession and Family.
Self-driven with good attention to detail, Ms Kioge is passionate about applying her creative side to problem solving at work. With a deep focus on client satisfaction, you can expect to be received and attended to with a strong will and a compassionate ear.
Mordecai Gitau is a new entrant in the legal profession who recently graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. He is delighted to be at Munyao-Kayugira and Co., as a Legal assistant. Mr. Gitau is intent on supporting the firm's vision. He thrives in critical thinking pivotal for innovation and change, an attribute that has and will help the organization deliver unparalleled interventions in the sector.
Mr Gitau’s expertise includes but is not limited to exemplary client care and detail oriented legal research. He also thrives in human rights and social justice with a passion for community engagement at all levels.

Jane Kariuki is a new entrant at Munyao-Kayugira & Co.,. An accomplished Customer Care Representative and Data entry clerk, Jane with over 6 years’ hands on experience in customer care and front office operations is the Administration Assistant at the firm.
