Scola Kayugira is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, admitted to the bar in 2012, and serves as a Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths, and registered Patent Agent. As founder of the firm, she leads the Corporate Commercial, Conveyancing, Real Estate & Legal Advisory Department with a practice shaped by more than 15 years of experience across corporate transactions, property law, commercial structuring, and cross-border advisory.
